Today is a beautiful day! 

We had a hot day yesterday, but I can't complain. It could be worse, it could be snowing. 

The show was not that bad, in regards to the heat. I happened to sweat a lot, which is obvious to those who have seen this show. Other then that, it could have been worse! 

I felt yesterday's show in terms of acting, fighting, and all around was very strong for me. One of my favorite shows this season. Now that I think about it, I have said that a lot this summer, becuase it is true! Haha! I have had very few "off" shows!! I am very proud of that. 

This is simple called writings. My goal this year with this blog is simply write as much as I can. Forcing myself to write, will eventually help spawn new ideas and creativeness. 

This week we have christmas in July (July  25th) and I decided to partake in Secret Santa this year. Unfortunately, like most guys, we wait till the last minute to get the person anything! I guess I have some shopping to do! I still have time!:) 

Other then that, I will be heading somewhere special this Sunday! I can't wait to inform you all about it! Get ready to be jealous!! That goes for you Lauren!!

The show must go on....

Hello all,

The show must go on is correct! No matter what happens to you or the cast, the show must go on! 

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Oh lets say, feeling like s***. That may be an understatement. Yesterday I think I would have stated that poop felt better than me! 

To say that yesterday's show was the hardest show would be correct! It was nearly impossible!

First by mid afternoon my voice was pretty much gone and I put myself on vocal rest. Second I had the worst headache a person could imagine - most likely  not up to par with a migraine, but close. Third my body felt like it was not here on Earth, but floating around in nothing, every move I made took a lot of effort. 

However with all of this going on the show must go on and it did! 

Lets just say that I went to bed at 12am and woke up 10 hours later to then fall back asleep for another 4. It has been a very lazy day, but at least I am feeling better!:)

Adena show

Hello all,

Well that time has come for Adena! This is a one act play name "shawdows of Destiny" that is being put on as a fundraiser for the Adena Mansion. 

This show runs for about an hour and has about 30 cast members. It is a site specific theatre piece. This means that this piece is specifically wrote for the Adena Mandion location and no where else! 

Today we had a "tech" day. We got all of our timing down for the show later today! We also got all of our props for the show. I got an old English tavern pipe. These are really cool!

English Tavern pipes were a social pipe and the end would be snapped off once one user was done. These were not long term pipes of course:)

During our breaks we got lots of coffee and snacks! It was awesome!!! They had donuts, granola bars, and other items as well!! 

After the "tech day" we finished up early because of the rain. It was nice, but adds a little nerves to the show. We have not full ran the show with everything non stop! But I am not worried!:) these people seeing the show only paid $100 per seat!!

Yep it is one of those type of fundraisers where you have to have money!! Lol

Well I will get some photos of it this evening!!!:)
