Rough Seas Ahead

Ok, rough seas. To some they are a nightmare filled with fear of sinking and sickness.

For me, it is a free ride on an amausement park ride.

Yes, I just typed that and I love rough seas on the boat.

We have not had anything super bad yes, just bad enough for a lot of people to get seasick, to have an effect of your walking, and thing swaying.

I enjoyed this experience, as I made it a game. Rocking back and forth reminded me of the Viking Ship rides at amusement parks! I love those rides.

Hopefully, this love for rocking will not disappear or have an effect on my body, as of now I love it!!

From what I hear, the crossing to Spain could be very rough! I guess we will see!!

Arnold's Park

What a fun surprise it was when I found out how close I was to Arnold's Park! Of course I needed to get my credit on the 'Ledgend' to get my coaster count that much closer to 100!

This was a very small park, but did offer some flat rides that you will not see at any major park. That was treat in itself.

The entrance to the park is a very unique one! To be honest this is one of my favorites, to bad that is the real coaster going over!!

After you park, you are invited to play on insturments at the harmony park! This was a blast and could see people really enjoyed playing!

After this park, you can enter the amusement park!:D

The first stop was the tipsy house! I have never been in one and I was very pleased! It goes right over the Ledgend coaster!!

Dad trying to sit down on a bench!

The now famous 'Point of No Return' sign! With smaller parks they don't have loose article signs or rules, so taking a picture of this sign was not breaking the rules!;)

You know, I know these don't mean anything new when it comes to landmarks, but they are so much fun to read about! Ledgend is the 13th oldest coaster in the world!!

This ride I have heard about from other enthusiasts and it did not disappoint! This is the most ghetto ride I have ever been on! It is best experienced then talked about!

I am going to guess that this used to be for their old roller coaster that used to be in the park. Now they have a log flume!:D "we're on a log flume..."

This small ride is best described as a super mini Huss swing! This ride swings and spins, but as you can tell, it is very small!!

Leaving the park!:( it was a super fun trip! This shops outside the park are fun, but the best hidden secret is the boat museum!! They have Arnold Park history in side and it was a treat to see what the park used to be!!

This is a working haunted figure from their haunted ride they used to have!

Anyways, the park was very fun and I enjoyed it A lot!! Very small, unique, and home to a very old coaster!

Till next time,

Going to a Fair

I have not been to a fair in year! So it was a surprise to me that my family and I decided to go to the "World's Grestest County Fair" and it did not disappoint!

From rides to events and exhibits as far as the eye can see. Let's not forget about the traditional fair food!

I had a blast and captured my trip!

Let's start the day off with a group shot at the entrance! Parking was free and they even shuttled us to the gate! So far a great start to the day!

One of many exhibits at the fair! He would crave the trees to be like this. It is an amazing talent and to watch him do it was such a treat.

For $5 you could shot paintballs at a trailer!!

Dogs racing with monkeys as their jockey! It honesty was a very funny sport to watch!

This was a van that they were painting as 'Starry Night' and I got to paint it and sign the bumper!!

Now on to my favorite parts! RIDES!!

gravatron!! I have not rode this style of spinning ride and now I finally have!! Have to admit that I am more enjoy Gravatrons ten Rotors!!

The rides! I also have never rode the ring of fire and that was an interesting experience to say the least! I did enjoy the ride, but why did Six Flags add these??

Fairs never have rules!! About to drop on the Super Shot!

These Acrobatic dudes where very enjoyable to watch. They used the space and made sure the audience was engaged!

Night shots!! I did not ride anything at night because we were leaving but captured a few beautiful images!!

It was a very fun day! I was impressed by the fair, have not been to one in years, and simply enjoyed every minute of it!! What a wonderful experience!!

The rest of the photos are on Facebook! Next post will be about Arnold's Park!
