Drawing....drawing...DARWing...DRAWING!!!

It is finally done! 

We had a midterm that in tailed 101 drawings! 80 sketches, 20 - 18X24, 1 6' foot, all of the same drawing, exploring different aspects of the object. 

Well below you will find all 21 drawings of my object - RUBBER BAND!:) 

It was fun drawing with charcoal, ink, paint, coal. I feel that I have a lot of great abstract(ness) with these drawings.

I really, enjoyed this process! I feel that I explored many areas other then physical space of the object. My main objective was to tie human emotion into the drawings. I did this by different means, mainly focus on music being my influence. 

My professor for this class has gotten me addicted to looking at the negative space, shadows, and how it all interacts with the positive aspects of a drawing. 

I hope you loved these, I hoped they raised questions,  any questions. If so I will answer them, if you care to ask. I am more then thrilled to present this collection!
